The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT or equivalent express courier with tracking and delivery with signature of the recipient. Upon request by mail to info@agricolalocci.it we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are always well protected. We take great care in shipping packaging using first class shockproof materials. If you want to know more read the page dedicated to shipping packaging.
Return of the Goods
