The seven feuds

It is a 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil , made from selected olives, harvested by hand, in the month of November at the right degree of ripeness . The process of working the olives, pressed within 12 hours of harvesting and rigorously processed at low temperatures, allows to keep intact its organoleptic and healthy characteristics Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and San Felice, are the Cultivars that characterize this fantastic oil and give a unique balance to this Blend.
The nose is fine and elegant with hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is harmonious with bitter and spicy tones.
